By accessing or making a reservation at Malibu Sky Lounge & Bar, ("we", "us" or "our"), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These may be updated periodically without prior notice. 

1. We are open daily from 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Last food orders are accepted until 2:00 AM. Management reserves the right to modify operating hours on special occasions or due to unforeseen circumstances. 
2. Reservations are recommended, especially for weekends and special events. 
3. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
4. Late arrivals may result in table release after a 15-minute grace period unless notified.
5. Smart casual attire is required. Entry may be denied to guests who do not meet the dress code.
6. Guests must be 21 years or older to enter the lounge. A valid government-issued ID is required at entry.
7. Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who display disruptive or unsafe behavior.
8. No outside food or beverages are allowed.
9. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
10. Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours in advance.
11. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a charge or impact future reservations.
12. We welcome photography; however, flash photography, drones, and professional equipment require prior approval. 
13. By entering, guests agree to the potential use of their images in promotional materials unless otherwise stated.
14. As a rooftop venue, operations are weather-dependent. In case of inclement weather, we will do our best to accommodate guests indoors or reschedule reservations.
15. Malibu Sky Lounge & Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. All guests enter and use the premises at their own risk.
16. Terms for special events, packages, or promotions may differ from the above and will be communicated separately.
